The project focused on value enhancement through quality renovation, energy performance optimization, and tenant-attractiveness positioning. Urban apartment located in a historical building in central Madrid, acquired below market value and repositioned through an industrial-modern renovation. The project combined architectural character preservation with full technical systems upgrade and contemporary interior design.
